Collective Bargaining Program

In partnership with DePaul Labor Center, labor, and community partners, the Northeast Ohio Worker Center brought a Collective Bargaining Program to local high schools in 2024. Through real-world role play and student-driven negotiation, teens explore labor conflicts, practice critical thinking, and discover their power to shape the future of work.  To learn more about the program, please reach out to grace@neoworkercenter.org.
